At Fesdara, we understand that plans can change. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible while offering flexibility whenever possible.

Cancellation Policy

Within 24 Hours of Purchase

Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.

After 24 Hours but Before Shipment

Orders canceled more than 24 hours after payment confirmation, but before shipment, may be eligible for a partial refund.

The refund amount will include:

  • 100% of the shipping fee (if applicable)

  • 50%–90% of the product price

A processing and restocking fee of 10%–50% may be deducted depending on the production stage, customization requirements, and order status.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after receiving it, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for available options.

Custom-Made and Personalized Items

Custom-sized, made-to-order, personalized, or specially requested products may enter production shortly after payment is confirmed. As a result, cancellation requests for these items may be subject to additional deductions depending on the production stage.
