Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns due to non-quality-related issues (such as sizing issues, personal preference, ordering multiple items to try on and keeping only one, etc.), items must be returned to our Hong Kong return center. Customers are responsible for the international return shipping costs to the Hong Kong return center, as well as restocking fees (20%–50% depending on the actual situation).
Unlike wrong size, fit issue is usually not caused by the seller. But to offer better service,
we will cover a partial alteration cost at a local tailor shop (no more than 20% of the product purchased price).
Please note if you choose colors across different fabrics, the colors may vary a lot. It doesn't mean that we make a wrong color. e.g. Burnt orange of chiffon is quiet different to burnt orange of silk satin.
Rush order, insurance, virtual products, tips, lingerie, color swatches and disposable items are not supported to return and refund.

Return Progress
Contact service@fesdara.com to submit a return request within 30 days upon receiving your order.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address in HK. Please send the item(s) through your local post office within 3-7 business days after receiving the return address and provide us with the return package tracking number.
If the item is seized by customs, the buyer will be responsible for any associated customs fees. After we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure there are no issues.
All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), underwear, rush order service etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please Note:
We reserve the right not to process the refund if you return the items in unacceptable condition.
We regularly improve the craftsmanship and production methods of our dresses based on customer feedback. Therefore, the same style may have different production craftsmanship, which is not a mistake. This difference can be acceptable and is not included in our return policy.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours.
Orders canceled beyond 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50%-90% of product purchase price (10%-50% as restocking fee).
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
